Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all Frederick's of Hollywood® tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
